Hello, Welcome to HCM. I can understand your problem. Spotting & white discharge after depo provera is common side effect of this contraceptive. In your case also, it looks like usual side effect. But it is wise to rule out other problems. Here you should also think of candida or other bacterial infections. In these cases, discharge would be curdy white or foul smelling and would usually accompanied with lower abdominal pain and fever.
