Cracking At Center Of Head, Nose Corks Up. What It Could Be? Reason?

Hello, i recognized since 2years now that behind my nose or at the center of my head there is a strange crackig that bothers me. Im living in germany and no one here seem to have an idea. also since the cracking starts, my nose corks up and after it crack its not cork up anymore. i have this every morning for two hours. all in all it seem like there is a diffuse pressure at my forehead and behind my nose.

Hi, as you describe it appears to be the sinusitis, it starts in the morning as a cold, and can cause the crackling. After 2 hours the congestion clears and stops the actions.
