Cracking, Squelching Sensation In Head, Severe Anxiety. Cause Of Worry?
hi for the passed couple of months now ive been getting horrible sensations in head like cracking and squelching and its really starting to worry me, i have bad anxiety aswell and i just feel that this makes it worse, have u any idea what this could be as im constantly thinking about it and its drivin me mad to the point where i sit and kep waiting for it to happen and can sometimes make it happen myself

since u do not give any history of trauma head or any neurological sensation u can get an x-ray skull done rule out any sutural problems and consult a neurologist and get ct brain done if he advises to rule out pneumocranium .that should allay your fears
