Crackling Sound Behind The Lobe Of Ears When There Is Air Bubble In Mouth, Reduced Hearing Capacity. Is This Concerning?

Hi every time I blow a bubble in my mouth the right side behind my ear not inside but behind the lobe, it makes a crackling sound and when it happens it onl happens while I have the air bubble in my mouth and just a little while ago I put my finger in my ear and took it out and my brother said his friends name and I could only hear what he said from my left ear not my right it was for a split second but I'm worried on what it could be please help me thank you

Hello,
It seems from the history that you are having crackling sound in the ear when you blow your mouth. This is because of obstruction of a tube which connects middle ear with throat called as eustachian tube. The causes can be inflammation of ear called as serous otitis media.
Hence this requires evaluation by a ENT doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.
