Cramp In Right Calf Muscle, Pulled Muscle. Taking Medication For RA, Cardiac Stent. Is This The Cause For Concern?

quite sever cramp in my right calf muscle some time after going to bed. This leaves me with a pulled muscle and inhibits walking. I'm 78 and previously was quite athletic. I umoired cricket matches in the latter half of last season with no problems. amon mediation for rheumatoid arthritis, but have no symptoms. I am also on medication following a cardiac stent.

The cramps that you are having are not likely to be related to the medicines that you are taking. This is more likely to be due to a decreased fluid intake or an electrolyte imbalance.
