Cramping In Left Upper Side, Difficulty Moving, Feeling Of Spasm, Pain From Arm To Wrist, Dizziness. Help

I woke up the other morning and I was cramping in my left upper side. yesterday I could barely move I have been using icy hot and hearing pad and it seemed to work but now I am still having pain is almost like a spasm that won't go away and today every time I get up I get a pain from my arm put all the way down to my wrist and I get dizzy

fro your history it seem to be Cervical Spodelytis..may compressing some cervical nerve root..take non steroidal anti inflamatiory...X-ray of cervical region and C.T scan and examine by orthopaeditrician....thank.
