Cramping Stomach Followed By Bowels, No Diarrhea. Quick Remedy ?

i STARTED YESTERDAY WITH A CRAMPY STOMACH GOING TO THE BATHROOM AFTER EACH TIME BUT NOT DIARRHREA. JUST EATINGLIQUIDS, BANANA, SOME AMOUNT, PEAR JUICE DILUTED, GREEN TEA DILUTED MY STOMACH IS SO SORE FROM THE CRAMPING. I HAD EATEN RAW SAUERKAURT THAT WE HAD MADE OUT OF THE CROCK IT HADN'T BEEN PROCESSED YET. WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME TO TAKE FOR A QUICK REMEDY.
