What Causes Fever, Mild Stomach Cramps And Altered Bowel Movements?
I have a super mild fever that seemed to come slowly and mild stomach cramps, no fatigue, no diarrhea, but some change in by bowel movements. I did just get back from Bali, but had no diarrhea or fever or nausea or stomach cramps while there. I got bit by no mosquitoes while there either, and had malaria and typhoid vaccines beforehand.

It is due to the fluid and electrolyte imbalance and is very common in patients coming back from such trips. Dehydration and fluid and electrolyte imbalances are the main role players in this case.
Take Pedialyte Oral Rehydration Solution for revitalization of the body systems and to relieve these mild cramps and get back on nutrients and minerals.
Take Citrucel Dietary Fiber Supplement with plenty of water to get the better motility of gut. In a couple of days you will be alright.
