Hi i have not had my depo shot in 3 months i spotted the hole month of September,October i did not come on my period at all just was having cramping took a pregnancy test in october and it was negative and took one in November 23rd of this year and it came back negative to but i have been having a white milky discharge and cramping...can you tell me whats going on?
I am so sorry to hear about this. White milky discharge is often suggestive of hyperprolactinemia. High blood prolactin levels generally causes amenorhoea. This might be what is going on with you. Are you on any drugs like dopamine agonist?
I will suggest that you seek medical consultation to establish the cause of this. Amongst the test should be a serum prolactin level. Your OBGYN would be the best person to start with.
