Cramps Before Period. Had Unprotected Sex. Stomach Pain, Heavy Bleeding. Pregnant?

Hello, I have had the worst cramps that I have ever had the past 3 days. There are so bad that I can barely walk and I feel like I cannot breath and having an anxiety attack. I am due to started my period any day, but I have not started. I have had unprotected sex, but he pulled out. However, the times he didn't I got the morning after pill. I bleed very heavily one day about a week and half ago and had a weird pain in my stomach, but it only lasted a couple of hours. Could I be pregnant?

hello,
cramps after unprotected coitus doesnt mean that you are pregnant.As you have already taken the after pill chances are very less to get pregnant.The pain you are suffering may be due to dysmenorrehea.Its nothing that we have to get the same typpe of pain every time.As you also have coitus and the you are about to start a period cramps in your case are acceptable.Take tab.meftalspass if there is more pain and take rest.Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Severe pain abdomen could be due to uterine contraction or increased intestinal movements could be due to partial obstruction or inflammation . Get USG abdomen done.
Frequent use of morning after pill is not recommended, you can follow other methods of contraception.
Get UPT and blood HCG test done to rule out your pregnancy status.

Consult your doctor for examination and management.
