Cramps, Spotting, Nausea, Light Periods. Had Sex Regularly. Pregnant?

Hi, I've been having some horrible stabbing pains almost like period cramps today. Along with spotting since last night and nausea for the past 3 days. I had my period over a week ago but it only lasted for 2 days which is unusual. Me and my husband have had sex everyday except for 1 night after my period. Could I be pregnant?

as there is scanty period,plus nausea and pain,there is possibility of pregnancy.as it is only 7 days overdue, get your urine tested.
