Creaking, Weak Muscles In Head And Shoulders, Nausea, Fatigue, Increased Appetite. Any Thoughts?

Not sure how to phrase..... I have weak muscles and generally lethargic with a buzzing in my head. Nausea I have nausea and neck pain. When I roll my head back and forth I can feel the spine between my head and my shoulders Creek. I am very tired and fighting to stay awake. I have never continuously started eating but I can't stop even though I feel bloated.

Not sure if I just had a bad night sleeping..... Any thoughts.....
