I have nausea & fatigue almost constantly. The nausea seems to follow ANY type of fatigue at times diarrhea. I have hypothyroidism, levels in process of being checked. Frequently feel like blood sugar is low--that type of nausea. Some positive response to over the counter meds. Mostly positive response to sleep.
To confirm it you need to check: -Cortisol level at 8.00 a.m -ACTH -Elelctrolite (NA,Potassium,Cl) I would suggest to discuss with your treating physician about the above exams.
