Creatinine Level 1.6, Urea Is 28. In Scanning, Bilateral Grade2 Renal Parenchymal. Meaning? Problem With Kidney?

HHalo doctor . Still ma creatin level 1.6 and urea is 28. But My scaning impresión is bilateral grade2 parancymal changes ... What meant this.? Is it make any problum to My kidny future ..? How can i get rid of this..? how can i be normal stage .
Hope diat will help me to normal stage.

Creatinine level normal is 1mg but your's is 1.6 mg %,it is to higher side and U/S scan reveals bilateral parenchymal changes,grade 2 which suggests that you Acute parenchymal disease of the kidneys,may be due to Acute Glomerulonephritis,sometimes spontaneously resolved.You have not mentioned about your age and associated skin conditions which should be treated with Antibiotics,if it is due to Streptococcal infection,which has got good prognosis.
