Crying Over Silly Things, Nausea, Feeling Agitated. Taken Temazepam, Stopped Zoloft. Advice?
Hi, I stopped taking 150mg zoloft 5 days ago and up until last night was doing fine. Last night I became very teary, crying over silly things. Today is more of that but also nausea and feeling very agitated. I have taken 10mg temazepam to try and calm down. I don't want to go back on the zoloft but these withdrawal symptoms are stressing me out! Any advice?
Zoloft is anti depressant (SSRI). You did not mention your other symptoms. Are you under treatment for depression and anxiety? Self medication can kill. Anti depressanttaken for one week is not enough at all. Doctor prescribed these drugs as a course of action to suit you. Don't take your own decisions. Consult psychiatrist again and get his advice. You must also follow meditation, yoga the psychotherapy for streamlining your life style and thinking. I can help you if you desire so. Get well soon.
