Currently Im Applying Abroad And My Medical Result Is Unfit

Currently im applying abroad and my medical result is unfit due to spot in my right midlung. Im not convincing so i decided to have a 2nd opinion in philippine lung center. The xray and apecolordotic result is right upper lung non descript tb focus noted. Then sputum result is negative. PPD result is 20mm. What does it mean?
