Cut Outside Vagina, Lymph Node Swollen, Having Headaches. Is It Yeast Infection Or Herpes?

i've notice a slight cut on the outside of my vagina where the crease is at. i've had a headache early yesterday and this morning. i've also noticed my lymph node slightly swollen on the opposite side of the cut. i havent had any sexual activity in 8 months. i had gotten std testing done but not for herpes. i'm concerned if it's a yeast infection or herpes.
