Cuts On The Penis After Intercourse. Inflamed Penile Skin. Is It An STD?

My penis's skin over the years has grown thin and every time I have sexual intercourse with my wife I get little cuts around the head of my penis looking inflamed and irritated. Ive been married for over 14 years and have only been with my wife as she has only been with me. Do I have an STD? Or a disease that is occurring inside my penis? Any info would be much appreciated.

Hello,
STD is an important cause for it but you have ruled it out yourself since both of you and your wife never had sex outside.
As far as the cause for frequent tears is concerned, there are many like...
The most common one is repeated friction between vagina and penis skin, specially when thete is lack of lubrication.
If a person has diabetes, then infection of penis head can lead to balanitis resulting in frequent cuts.
If you or your partner is having fungal infection.
Treatment depends upon finding the cause.
You must get your blood sugar test done to rule out diabetes and get tested or presence of yeast infection.
Consult a urologist for examination and proper advice.
Till then use condom before intercourse.
Thanks
