I have a medium sized cyst on my left testicle that i had checked out to be harmless but I m not sure whether its a epididymitis , a cyst or a spermatocele . More importantly it feels like it has RUPTURED, it kinda sounds like a popping joint and i feel a slight pressure release when i touch it also followed by dizziness and nausea, not sure if im just shocked by the feeling being so close to my balls or if its serious and i need to seek medical help.
