Anything you might be able to give me insight on before I hit the doctor? I have had squamous sarcoma over the past year and a half, and I m praying this isn t another tumor .

Dark Circle Near Anus, On Outer Cheek, Feeling Of Vein Like Structure Inside The Skin. History Of Squamous Sarcoma. Worrisome?
Hi, No, it is not carcinoma. The vein like structure you feel is dilated and tortuous vein .. It may be hamorrhoides. Also called piles. If you have constipation, it may be treated by isapgul.. You may take calcium dobsilate. Dark color patch around anus might be nonspecific hypermelanosis or postinflammatory hypermelanosis after fungal infection. You consult dermatologist or surgeon. I hope you got my answer. Thanks. Dr. Ilyas Patel MD
