Hi
Thanks for choosing healthcare magic

bleeding in the nose may be due many reasons like
blow on your nose
dried mucus crusts that are picked
flu
cold
sinusitis
hot climates
allergies of nose etc

okay
is this the first and last time you had it till now or is there any previous history?
if its the first time and too little ,you may not worry
but if it is occuring frequently,or if the bleeding is heavy even for a single time
then you need to go to the doctor

if you bleed the next time,
apply pressure on the nose(breathe with your mouth), lean forward, and sitting upright for a minimum of five minutes and up to 20 minutes so that the blood clots. If bleeding persists for more than 20 minutes, medical attention is required.

Apply an ice pack to your nose and cheek to soothe the area and try not to strain yourself for the next few days.

coming to the symptoms of your eyes

if you are working in the night
can i take it in such a way that you are working daily in night shifts?
if yes lack of sleep and change in sleep pattern may cause dark circles around eyes
this also sometimes indicates some kind of illhealth which needs clinical examination by a doctor to confirm

lack of sleep may also cause redness ,irritation and watering of eye which you may have mistaken as conjunctivitis
but if you are so sure it is conjunctivitis take all needed pecautions ,meet your doctor
dont put your fingers and nails in the eyes
use protective goggles
frequently wash your eye

first of all you take rest and have a good sleep
most of your symptoms get relieved
dont worry

hope i answered your query
feel free to contact me for further queries

thank you
