Dark Skinned, Acne Scars, Discoloration. Pulse Dye Laser Done. Will Scars Get Removed?

Hi, I am dark skinned and I have both acne scars and discoloration. My dermatologist put me through the Pulse dye laser but I was told that it only deals with discoloration. I have pitting and shallow scars that I was hoping would be treated. With a couple more PDL treatments, can I also see improvement of the actual scars?

Hi, pulse dye laser works only on the vascular component of the scars and has no role in improving the actual scars.
treatment for scars depend on the type of scars and varies from TCA cross to fractional ablative lasers.
