Dark Spot On The End Of Penis, Foul Smelling Urine. Could This Be Signs Of Syphilis?
Hi my boyfriend has a dark spot on the end of his penis that I ve never noticed before. We ve bn together for four years and I don t think he s faithful. I went to the bathroom after him and his urine is very foul smelling. He swears he s faithful but I m afraid he has an std . I read these are signs of syphilis . Is that true?

Syphilis usually presents either as ulcer or warts.
Still in this situation, it is better to do tests to look for syphilis and other STD as well.
Till then, protect yourself by barrier methods, unless you plan a child with him.
