Dermatologist 's  Response
hi i think it is perioral pigmentation.it has several etilogies like seborrhic melanosis.due to b12 deficiency and due to cosmetics etc.it occurs mostly in teenage when sweat glands are more active.it can be cured by application of moisteriser along with monosone ointment in the morning and melaglow ointment in the night.if no response go for chemical peels like glycolic acid or azalic acid.use b12 vitamin supplementation too
