Darkness In Penis, Painful Urination. Given Fucidin. Treatment?

Hello Doctor. This is quite embarrassing to ask, you see my father is a doctor but he is abroad. You see some parts of my penis is black, I am a 17 year old black male, I consider myself healthy and you see this is quite troubling. My penis would hurt when I urine and my father gave me fucidin to apply when this happened. Is there a treatment for this???

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI
.
Please get your Routine Urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms
causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

In the mean while ,please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with urinary antiseptics like Nitrofurantoin twice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
On getting culture report switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
