Daughter In Nursing Home (49 Years Old) Started Having Trouble

Daughter in nursing home (49 years old) started having trouble driving power chair due to lack of focus, concentration, grogginess and seemingly disoriented at times. Started running into wall, hitting things and has been driving chair for 25 years. Why in the last 8 to 9 months would she start being so distracted and disoriented? Does she need a Neurologist? What about a supplement or medication that would send a better blood flow to her brain? Where do I start to get the nursing home to help me solve this problem. They now have her in a push chair.
