Dear Doctor, I Am Presently 58 Yrs Old (male). In

Dear Doctor,
I am presently 58 yrs old (male). In the past during probably last 10 yrs, 10 to 15 times I have experienced that world is rotating (head turning) for very short duration and of very mild nature. No other symptom. Only world rotating symptom. Sometimes while teaching this happened. But day before yesterday in the early morning this world turning lasted for approx. 0ne minute or so. Yesterday again in the morning this head turning occured but of a very mild nature and for small duration. I am otherwise a normal person. No tension, no worry at the moment. But still depth of sleep is not that good as it was one week back. I had gone to a doctor (non-reurologist), he has made a diagnosis of VESTBULAR NEURINITIS. He has prescribed Stemetil MD thrice a day for three weeks, Vertin 16 mg twice daily for 10 days, Pan 40 mg OD for three weeks. He has suggested CT SCAN brain, 24 hrs Holter, TSH free T4 fasting sugar uric acid psa cbc. Can you guide me.
