Dear Doctor,
I have a strange condition for the last 6 months. I can't sit in an Air conditioning room in my office even though it is summer here neither i can work for more than 4 hours. My body starts freezing. Cold sensation waves throughout the body and especially in head.At the same time i feel dizziness, weakness and confusion. Also i feel pain in my cervical neck. I feel extreme fatigue at the same time. This condition continues until i leave to a warmer place and i have to eat something or drink some juice especially Apple juice and take some rest. After that i feel better and some energy. Then my body sweats and body temperature gradually become normal. This happens daily and body remain lethargic. I am unable to perform daily tasks. I sleep good. And in morning i feel better.
Earlier 6 months ago this condition started with Stomach disorder, Heart Palpitations, High blood pressure and confusion. Now these conditions are under control and new symptoms have started as explained in my query.

Current medications:
Only Vitamin B and Calcium iron supplements

Lab tests performed:
TSH value 5.1, FT3 and FT4 are in normal range, LFT and RFT are Normal, CBC in normal range, Bilirubin is slightly high, LDL level and Triglycerides 300 are high
