I have done the Cardio Health Checkup in a reputed super speciality hospital and below are the findings. I wanted your advise with what should be done next to avoid any complications.

1) ECG Normal.
2) TMT Test is Negative.
3) Regular Blood Sugar: 85 mg/dl
4) Fasting Blood Sugar: 94 mg/dl
5) Lipid Profile:
a) Cholestrol LDL Level Calculated: 129 mg/dl
b) Cholestrol Total: 215 mg/dl
c) Triglycerides, Serum: 245 mg/dl
d) HDL Direct: 36.6 mg/dl
e) VLDL: 49 mg/dl
f) CHOL HDL Ratio: 5.9

Looking to these reports, my physician advised to take the homocysteine test in blood and below are the results:
1) Homocysteine Plasma by CMIA: 31.49.

Below is some information about me:
1) Non Smoker and Non Drinker.
2) Vegetarian diet.
3) Partly active lifestyle.

What can you advice to avoid any health problems.
