Dear Doctor, I Have Rheumatoid Arthritis (found Seronegative In Tests)

Dear Doctor, I have rheumatoid arthritis (found seronegative in tests) advised to take Folitrax 20 mg once in a week + folvite 5 mg daily. I am taking these drugs for last one year though I reduced the folitrax from 20 mg to 15 mg and then 10 mg, but continue taking folvite 5 mg daily. Should I reduce dose of folvite ss I reduced Folitrax from 20 mg to 10 mg and how long I can take these drugs because my doctor says I am to take these drugs for lifetime. Please advise ?
