Dear Doctor, I Started Getting Seizures From The Age Of

Dear Doctor,
I started getting Seizures from the age of 30,(Sept 2012) due to meningitis (caused by TB which spread from the spine L3-L4 to the brain). It has been 3 years now.

Inspite of taking regular dosages of topirol and Frisium over the last one year, i still get seizures on and off. I have also been having Photophobia over these years, which leads to Aura, and in acute cases leads to seizures.
Now over the last 2 months I have been taking the following drugs:
Levipil 500(1-0-1), Frisium 5(1-0-1)
I have been asked to continue for the next 3 months. I have been suffering from severe constipation, memory issues, overall weakness, neck and shoulder pain.Kindly let me know in what way, intake of these medicines will affect my health over the long run. Should i worry about liver dysfunction, are these drugs carcinogenic, lead to faster ageing process? Too many worries doc!
