Dear Doctor

I've had a burning sensation show up a couple of days ago appear in my forskin with this secretion I guess I would call it showing up under the forskin , I started cleaning like 3 times a day and using neosporin but there's bumps at the base of the head and still the burning sensation but does seem like it's getting better the white secretion has gone away though.
