Dear Doctor,
My Name is Mr. Gopal. My query is related to high TGL in my blood. 2 months back I tested my blood (Lipid Profile) and have found high TGL in m blood, that was 659. But that test was done 2 hours after my lunch in which Fried Chicken was also included. I took no chance and consulted a general physician (MBBS, MD). He asked me for family history and life style etc. and advised me to take medicine for 15 days. I took medicine for 15 days and thereafter I checked Lipid Profile again and now TGL has come down to 109. As per his advise, now I am not taking that medicine since last one month. He advised me to check it again after 2 months. Now, I am taking a several steps to control my TGL that includes good diet and physical exercises. I am completely avoiding Oils and Oil related foods, Egg Yolk, Fast Foods, Chicken, Beef and Mutton. In the meantime I have incorporated a lot thins in to my foods such as Vegetables, Fruits, Fish, Dates, Onions, Garlic, Banana & Green Tea etc..etc.. I have avoided Cocunut and sugar completely. Over and above, I am started to going for Gym in which about 2 hours physical exercises have been done daily. Doctor, now please advise me that the measures I have taken as above are correct one or not ? I am awaiting for your valuable suggestions. Please help me..
Thank you Doctor,
With kind regards,
Mr. Gopal.
