Dear Doctor, My Wife Is Taking Sulpitac Tablet As Prescribed

Dear Doctor,
My wife is taking sulpitac tablet as prescribed by the psychiatrist. Initially the dose was 200 mg and now it has increased to 300 mg and was recommended to increase up to 500 to 600 mg gradually. She is taking the tablet at night and takes two pacitane tablets on day time.
She is too much weak now and remains in bed for around 8 to 9 he's a day but still tired. Sometime she will sleep too deep and shows the behaviour of a fever patient.
Is this normal doctor? Any advice on this regard ?
