Dear Dr , I Had An Mmc And Went In

Dear Dr ,
I had an mmc and went in for a d&c on the 2nd of May ,I only bled lightly on the day of the procedure and ever since I have been spotting for a month now. As at Friday /Saturday I had no spotting then on Sunday spotted again enough to fill a pant liner. Just last night I started having painful cramps that made me to bleed abit of red blood but not much. I am still having the cramps this morning but not as severe as last night. Am abit worried what could be wrong ? Is it possible to still be spotting while menstruation starts like spotting into menstruation?
