Dear Dr. I've Been Having Lower Rt Sided Intermittent Severe

Dear Dr.
I've been having lower rt sided intermittent severe stabbing psi what which is very localised to one specific area. Its almost always when I'm in seated position and always relieved by standing up. I've also developed a rash on rt side of face. I've had CT scan and bloods were normal. Was admitted to Hospital Gymae ward where they couldn't find anything wrong. Consultant couldn't find my rt ovary but said it was normal for them sometimes not to be able to find as they are/can be so small. Lt ovary fine. I get period every month. But am really fed up as I'm 40 yrs old and have never had a rash in my life but now break out in spots on rt jaw every day. This and the pain is depressing me as they can't find anything wrong, No problem/change with diet or elimination. Pass urine well-no pain or smell and regular and bowels open every 3-4 days which is normal for me. Please help... Am at my wits end. Kind regards, Amanda.
