Dear Dr. Rynne When I Try Inhaling For Longer Than
Dear Dr. Rynne When I try inhaling for longer than 2 seconds my throat closes up and I have to gasp for air. It is frustrating. I can exhale just fine. In fact I went to see a pulmonologist several months ago and the Dr. said my breathing is fine. He only test my ability to exhale. That's not the issue. So you know those breathing techniques for anxiety don't work for me. I also have sleep hypopnea. I don't have asthma nor do I have a family history of asthma I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I would really like to put a name to this. Thank you, Jacqueline
