Dear Dr., Male, 46 Yrs, I Am Complaining Of Deep

Dear Dr.,
male, 46 yrs, I am complaining of deep seated pain around the trachea and behind the xyphesternum. this pain since about 2 years back. It is aggravated with speaking for long time (e.g Lecture, or discussion more than half hour), no voice hoursness, but I can elicit the pain when I moving the trachea right or left by my fingers; more to words the right side. there is sticky sputum but white in color, no cough, no breathlessness, I do not have regular physical activity, nighter Diabetic nor Hypertension, but sometimes I find Diastolic in 90 mmHg. I have history of recurrent URT Infection since childhood. I am allergic seasonally (Allergic Rhinitis). I have done X-rays (NAD), CT scan chest (Normal + spot of calcification in Lt coronary artery), Direct Laryngoscopy (NAD). weight 96 kg, Ht 176 cm. I have C3-4,5,6 disc protrusion with cervical Ankylosing Spondylosis. My blood routine is Normal Range.
Note: I remember that at beginning of compliant - about 2 yrs back - I have used a mask on my nose and mouth for long time (more than 1 month, more than 24 hour) daily?!..
please may you reply and let me know your opinion or deferential diagnosis, what I can do to manage
