Dear Sir/Madam, My Dad Is A Diabetic Person. He Is

Dear Sir/Madam,
My dad is a diabetic person.
He is suffering from Paralysis...4 year back his left body paralyzed but he recovered almost 80 %. Now on 6th of September he again face stroke on right side.....he is not able to speak or eat except liquid.
I saw his tongue is not moving and he is not able to walk.

The MRI report are as follow.
IMORESSION:
1)Age related diffuse cerebral atrophy with small vessel ischemic changes.
2)Area of restricted diffusion in the left half of pons suggestive of recent infarct.
3)Area of chronic gliosis in the right lentiform nucleus.
4)Disproportionate dilatation of both lateral and third ventricle compared to sulcal enlargement.

Our doctor is saying his brain got damaged because of paralysis stroke...he can not recover fully.....slightly he can recover.....we are giving him medicine to protect him from another stroke in future and all.

Thanks & Regards,
Suraj
