Dear Sir/Madam, My Dad Underwent Angiogram Following A Very Mild

Dear Sir/Madam,

My dad underwent angiogram following a very mild pain in the chest and following is the finding.

Coronary Angiogram Report

Left Main: Normal

LAD:

Type III LAD
Proximal LAD is normal
Mid LAD just after S1 and D1 has got discrete 75% stenosis
Distal LAD and diagonals are normal

LCX:

Proximal LCX is normal
Mid LCX has got 99% stenosis
OM1 (RAMUS) has got discrete 90% stenosis

PLB of LCX is normal

The doctor has recommended angioplasty. I wanted to check if this situation can be managed with medicines. He is a diabetic for over 20 years and had BP as well.

Please help.
Regards,
Sai
