Dear doc I did a recent scan and it said, normal sized, non gravid and aterverted uterus measuring about 45mm in the widest ap diameter with heterogeneous myometrial echopattern.the edometrial plate is seen thin n empty.no cyesis.there is well defined ovoid shaped solid echopenic mass measuring about 16mm*18mm in dimension noted in the anterior aspect of the uteus in the cervical region. This is a suggestive uterine myoma(subserous/small sized).both adnexae and cul DE sac are free. Impression: "No cyesis " uterine myoma (Subserous/small sized)
