Dear Doctor, I Have Some Bumps Coming Under My Arms

I have some bumps coming under my arms and previously on my chest as well, and twice on my wrist. They are not too many some three to four at a time. They are not itchy. Some times I get pain in my armpits. I have stretch marks under my armpits. I am a smoker. Do I need to consult a doctor or some blood test will help? Kindly advise sir.
