Dear sir,

I ma 50 years old, I got low shoulder pain from past 15 day, and consulted a doctor he suggested to do the MRI scan and he has given some tablets for 20 day course, MRI report details given Below.
He suggest dont ride bike and long jurny. I working employees my office 35 kilometer from my house, now I am go by bus.
My question is can I go by bike and how much time its take for cure the spondylosis.

1.posterior and left centro lateral disc protrusion at c5-c6 level with indentation over the thecal sac,spinal cord and left side nerve root
2.posterior disc protrusion at c6 -c7 level with indentation over the Thecal sac and spinal cord.
3.posterior disc bulges at c3-c4 and C5 -c6 levels with indentation over the thecal sac.
