Dear sir/maam,
I am undergoing gastric problem.
After lunch whenever i sleep for a while i feel very unrest and a heavy uneasiness inside stomach.
I don't have any type of alcohol or smoking habits.
I usually take breakfast, lunch and fruits and juices at night and tea/snacks at evening.
I used to run and exercise at evening daily.
Whenever i ate anything after lunch normally i vomit at evening.
I really dont know what to do.
I went to a doctor MD (medicine) at Vadodora (Bhailal amin hosp) but he also don't suggest any remedies.
Kindly help doctor.
