hi! doctors, myself 20 yr old male from mumbai. i had chicken pox 18 days back and recovered. i have many deep, dark spots and scars - secondary infections [face]. i am using lacto calamin aloe moisturise. 1] how many months will i take to get complete cure from this scar. 2] ayurvedic or household treatments 3] can i consume food that increase body heat, for instance chicken

Deep and dark spot due to chicken pox may take 5 to 6 months to clear completely it depends on your personal care and natural immunity ,during that period you have to take care of face like wash thrice a day with antiseptic soap.applied antiseptic base cream to prevent secondary infection.Advice to take a plenty of liquid like lemon juice,orange juice,coconut water etc..in diet take good quantity of green salad and avoid spicy food for a period of time

The scars may become less but some may continue to persist even later.The dark colur would fade in the majority,it woud be best to use a sun screen and sun protection like a hat to help the colour to lighten.For the scars once all the scabs have fallen just use Petroleum jelly at bed time to keep them soft,only in 4-6 months time you would know how the scars are finally.
