Dehydrated. Lip Larger And Sore. Why Is There Lump In Throat? Why Am I Dizzy?

yesterday i felt really dehydrated, and by top lip felt a bit larger than normal and i bit sore, today i have four ulcers on the inside of my top lip, i have what feels like a lump in my throat that i can t clear and have recently started with mild dizzy spells, however it is very warm here and i am on day 2 of my period.

thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, the ulcers over the upper lip could be aphthous ulcers secondary to stress, take topical anesthetic and anagesic, consume lot of water, rinse your mouth with saline.....the dizziness could be due to weakness...for the lump in the throat consult a ENT surgeon for proper examination and management,,...
