Delay In Periods, Mood Swings, Headaches And Fatigue. What Is Wrong?

My name is Emily, I'm 20 years old and something doesn't feel right. I've been sexually active with my boyfriend for around 3 months and we never use protection of any kind. My period is a few days late, but ive been experiencing emotional mood swings, skin break outs, headaches and fatigue, my urine has been dark with very strong smell and it looks like it almost isn't 'mixing' with the toilet water. I've just been feeling very strange, and stressed, both mentally and physically. I cant really put a finger on it. Please help me understand because I am a hypochondriac and whenever something doesn't feel right I usually think Im dying. Please help!

Hi,
Well first of all are you taking any other medication? Because your signs could be the side effects of a medication you're taking.
Another simple reason could be dehydration, are you drinking enough water?
The smell can be cause of a variety of reasons, for example cause of something you ate.
Another more serious reason of dark urine can be because of blood in your urine. It won’t be as obvious as a bright red drop in the toilet, but it could be a sign of bleeding higher up in the kidney which could indicate an infection, kidney disease or even cancer.
So drink more water and if your urine lightens in colour you dont need to worry, but if it doesnt well get a urine analysis is done.
And the last thing which may very well be the reason for all these signs, is that you're pregnant and you just dont know it yet, so get a home pregnancy test and check it out.
So in this order check the things off -
side effect of other medication
pregnant
dehydrated
