Delayed Period, Nausea, Fatigue, Mood Swings, Abdominal Pain, Bowel Movement Pain, Pressure Sensation. Fertility Issues. Help?

I haven't had a period since the beginning of January. I have taken eight at home pregnancy test and they are all negative. I have been experiencing severe nausea, fatigue, mood swings and decreased appetite all of march. This past week I have expirence abdominal pain and pressure, and now it's to the point that sitting, laying, bending over or squatting is bringing me to severe pain. Even peeing causes me pain, and bowel movements hurt more.

I have been pregnant before that ended in abortion. So I know what pregnancy is like, but what is going on? I do not have health insurance or much money so I need a general idea before I go wasting what money I do have. Fertility issues and overall vaginal issues run in my family, all the women have had to have full hysterectomies, and was wondering if that is something I will have to deal with.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
as you mentioned that you are having a family history of hysterectomies you need to have a general scan of your abdomen.I think you are having polycystic ovaries as you have misscarriage and amenorrhea. In this condition you have these problmes and proper tretment is necessary to gt pregnant without treatment your symptoms gt worse and chances of getting pregnant become less.
So first thing you need to do is have usg abdomen and then consult your doctor with that report.By this i think you can save time and money.Thank you.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

A pelvic examination and an ultrasound are the most basic and a must before proceeding any further.
Uterus and ovaries in particular, as also adjacent structures like bladder – may all be diagnosed by the simple approach. Further assessment and assistance will be dictated by the results...

The wise and only option will be to get yourself examined and have some basic investigations –

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
