hi.am 3 days delayed of my period,this is my first time that am delayed and yesterday i have been tested the pregnancy urine test but it is negative,,my husband is quite upset about it..i got a bruise on my right arm and sometimes a menstrual cramps.thank you

you can repeat the pregnancy test after few days.If it is still negative then visit your doctor.
