Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
The symptoms you mention are non specific and can occur due to many reasons other than pregnancy. You may experience such symptoms just because you are waiting for pregnancy. Pregnancy is diagnosed only if there is a positive pregnancy test or if there is an ultrasound picture.
The delay in your wife's period may be due to psychological causes, stress for an example, after exclusion of organic causes by your doctor. So there is nothing to worry about. By the way I would like to tell you that too frequent intercourse may delay pregnancy. The best rate is every other day or twice weekly especially around the time of ovulation (days 11, 13 and 15).
I wish your wife getting pregnant soon.
